Why do their computers charge you one price and the menu says another? Customers who are on a budget need to compare their check to the menu prices? We are paying them to have a business in the USA? Why do they think they have the right?

Tell them and they should give you the menu price. After a price change, menus must be designed and printed. That takes time. If waiter,/waitress won't change price (they have to have a manager do that), ask to speak to the manager.
